Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. In general, we will deliver your order to the shipping company within 48 hours. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. As soon as your order has been send you will receive track & trace information by email.
In the Netherlands (with the exception of the islands) we will deliver large items to you ourselves. We will contact you to make an appointment for this.
For customers from the Netherlands it is also possible to come and pick up your order by yourself. During check out you can use voucher code: COLLECT. Please note we do not have a full showroom but if you let us know you are coming we will have some products ready to show you. Please check our contact page for details.

Shipping costs for countries not mentioned above are on request and are currently set with a shipping fee of € 150,-. The shipment costs for these countries are based on weight and volume therefore impossible to set a fixed price. We love to share our products with the rest of the world so please feel free to contact us and ask for a suitable quote, or for any other questions you may have.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. You will then be credited for the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The return costs from your home to our address are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7,95 per parcel in the Netherlands, for the exact rates please consult your carrier’s website. We can also organise the returnlabel for you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@coloursofafrica.com.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning.
