Large multi coloured washing basket

This tall basket is woven in Senegal using natural grasses and colourful recycled plastic strips.
Each basket includes a flat, fitted lid.

This basket will not only look great in your home but can be used a storage for plaids, children toys etc.
Also very nice for outside in the summer to keep blankets for the cooler summer nights.

Our baskets from rural Senegal are handwoven by women collective.
Making these baskets allows the craftswomen to earn their own income from the comfort of their community.
